I presented an exhibition of my recent work, NOTICE : FRAME : REPEAT at Cerulean Arts Gallery, on view through February 11, 2024. The work features new screenprints in my first exhibition as a member of Cerulean Arts Collective. In my day to day I'll notice something out of the ordinary, which I record in a photograph. Later at my computer, I crop the photo into a square format and analyze the image, extracting a pattern to use later in printing. In the studio, I assemble the images into arrangements of color, pattern, and texture, creating visual harmonies that evoke musical chords.
